Welcome to Allore Collective's website. By accessing or using yourmoxy.com you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Allore Collective runs America's United States - Western States pageant.
2. Code of Conduct
Good sportsmanship shall be displayed at all times. Engaging in slanderous or libelous behavior, including but not limited to posting negative or inflammatory messages on the internet, harassing judges, contestants, or staff in person, by telephone, by mail, or by email, constitutes poor sportsmanship and may result in disqualification at the discretion of TMC Productions.
All participants are expected to be individuals of good moral character and shall not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conduct that could reflect unfavorably upon the pageant, its representatives, sponsors, and/or licensees.
During their reign as a state, regional, or national America’s United States Titleholder, titleholders shall not appear in nude or provocative photographs for any film or publication.
All participants and titleholders are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
This Code of Conduct applies to TMC Productions/AUS, Western States AUS, and Allore Collective.
3. Payments
Clients may pay by invoices which will utilize Stripe (credit/debit). By services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in full by the end of your payment agreement/contract, unless otherwise arranged.
4. Intellectual Property
Falsification of any information will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any and all prizes awarded.
If selected as a National Titleholder, the titleholder is expected to fulfill the required number of appearances and all responsibilities associated with the title.
The crown and sash are official representations of the State and National Titles. If a titleholder fails to fulfill the requirements of the title or is disqualified for any reason, the crown and sash must be returned immediately to TMC Productions / Allore Collective / AUS Pageant.
5. No Guarantees
While we aim for full satisfaction, results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
All scores are final and non-contestable. There will be no scores, only judges comments given. This is a state preliminary pageant for the purposes of FUN, FUNDRAISING, and bringing AWARENESS to PAGEANTRY and the benefits it has to offer to females. We want you to have a good time, learn something, and get a chance to move up to a national pageant while giving back to the community.
7. Age Restrictions
This website and our services are intended for users 18 years of age or older.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Davis County, Utah.
9. Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
